Calentamiento:
7 Sentadillas, 7 Burpees. Repetir 7 veces en el menor tiempo posible.

killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF
when his vehicle was struck by an IED.

• 12 Deadlift 155lbs
• 9 Hang Power Clean 155lbs
• 6 Push Jerk 155lbs

 5 Rounds for time
