RUTINA 21

Calentamiento:
10 Burpees, Sprint de 100 metros. Repetir 10 veces en el menor tiempo posible.





Sesión:
“Nate”
In honor of Chief Petty Officer Nate Hardy, who was killed
Sunday February 4th during combat operations in Iraq.

• 2 Muscle-ups
• 4 Handstand Push-ups
• 8 Kettlebell Swings 2 pood (apx 72lbs)

As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes.
